Kiria Boarding House:
It is located on the island of Fakarava, 9km from the village of Rotoava at the place called Tetuakeho. Come to Pension Kiria, you are guaranteed exotic new surroundings with its typical native facilities and accommodation which transport you back into another world.
Thanks to the peaceful and friendly atmosphere offered by Kahui and Kareen you forget all the stress of modern life. Your hosts show you the real life of the islands of the Great Ocean.

A wide range of activities:
Kahui, the master of the house, shares his passions of paumotu life with you.
For those fond of sports:
- Underwater fishing with spear gun
- Diving, snorkelling
- Harpoon fishing

For those who are less athletic, he organizes different exciting activities:
- Line fishing
- Taketu or long line fishing
- Maoa (shell) gathering on the reef ,
- Extraction of pahua (stoups)
- Visits to the motu (little islands)
- Visit to the great channel
- Visit to the village with its friendly inhabitants
- Picnics
- Not to forget barbecues in the evening.

Of course you spend your time swimming in the emerald blue water and sunbathing on the whitest beaches in the world.

Other activities may be organised with the service providers of the islands if you wish:
- Diving with breathing apparatus
- Visits to the nearest atolls with Tukia's speedboat.

The bungalows :
In the middle of the Tuamotu's nature, in the shelter of fare built with noble essences of the island (ni'au, kahaia, hakari wood) you are intoxicated by the sweet perfumes of hakari, kahaia, geogeo, mikimiki…
Each room is equipped with a double bed, a single bed with a possibility of adding a mattress.
You enjoy comfort as well as privacy for your bungalow has its own shower with a restroom. .

The meals: full board.
Breakfasts / lunches / dinners are included.
They are served in the common dining room.
Alcoholic drinks are not included, they are served when ordered.

Price list :
- Full board only
- 2 nights minimum for 2 persons: 13 780 F.CFP a person for 2 nights inclusive of tax.
- Half price for children under 12.
- Payment in full (Pacific Francs or US dollars)
- Credit cards not accepted
- 30 % deposit to be paid

Additional information:
Please make the necessary arrangements for the booking of your tickets (plane or boat) before your arrival for it is quite difficult to do it in Fakarava.

Fakarava, following the example of the 6 neighbouring islands, is protected by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve. It is a wild atoll so in order to spend time without any troubles and enjoy its preserved nature, we advise you to take good plastic sandals, a hat and some good solar cream with high protection factor.
